Responsibilities
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses for M&A transactions and portfolio companies
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation initiatives across divisions
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Present complex financial insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital efficiency for portfolio firms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial metrics into business strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with demonstrated deal experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred; MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial reporting systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Track record of presenting to C-suite executives and board members
