Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in investment banking, asset management, or fintech
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA; SQL and Python certification a major plus
- FINRA Series 7/63 or equivalent securities licenses required
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, Basel III)
