Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for M&A transactions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets

- Prepare executive-level presentations for stakeholders and board members
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and financial software
