Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes for $500M+ portfolio
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for executive stakeholders
- Develop strategic financial models to support M&A initiatives and market expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and investment returns
- Automate financial reporting workflows using advanced Excel and Power BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements in FP&A functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or Big 4 accounting
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and Power BI expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders
- CPA certification required
