Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives and market expansions
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for executive decision-making
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and board committees
- Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and banking industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial services or banking
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Bloomberg, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Dodd-Frank, Basel III)
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail
