Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A valuation and capital restructuring initiatives
- Lead quarterly business reviews and annual budgeting processes for $2B+ portfolio
- Analyze macroeconomic trends to inform strategic investment decisions
- Create executive-level dashboards and performance metrics for stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement process optimization in financial operations
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with Big 4 or bulge bracket experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps) and Excel/VBA
- CPA or CFA designation required
- Demonstrated expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience managing $500M+ balance sheets and P&L statements
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to executive boards
