Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Analyze variance reports and recommend strategic adjustments to improve profitability
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems for real-time financial oversight
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement robust internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment banking
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional project leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
