Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Support the strategic planning process, including scenario planning and long-range financial projections.
- Evaluate financial performance against key business metrics and industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and operational efficiency.
- Assist in due diligence for potential investments and M&A activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a significant plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP BPC, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is preferred.
