Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with zero tolerance for error
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives including M&A opportunities
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate project ROI and capital allocation efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts to elevate team-wide analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years in financial analysis with investment management or private equity experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving cost efficiencies
- Experience with regulatory reporting (SEC, GAAP) and compliance frameworks
