Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities and due diligence processes
- Optimize financial processes through automation and advanced Excel/Power BI solutions
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comps), and Excel advanced functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
