Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of complex financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple business units.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis to support investment decisions and M&A activities.
- Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align financial goals with operational execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA certification is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proven expertise in building complex financial models and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business narratives.
