Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for multiple business units.
- Perform deep variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and M&A transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital, improve operational efficiency, and streamline financial processes.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and regulatory compliance filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CFA, or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
