Responsibilities
- Design and execute sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions, valuations, and capital raising initiatives
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional financial planning initiatives for $500M+ portfolios
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and stress-test financial scenarios
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in financial reporting
Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial consulting
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA from Tier 1 institution
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and international accounting standards
- Proven track record of leading high-impact financial projects
- Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal skills
