Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for executive decision-making
- Analyze variance between projected and actual financial performance
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads on budget optimization initiatives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting + 5+ years experience (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial leaders
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
