Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and deep-dive reviews to explain variances between actuals and forecasts.
- Prepare high-level monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and perform due diligence on potential mergers or acquisitions.
- Identify process improvements and cost-reduction strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP and internal control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- CFA or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly.
