Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for M&A transactions and new market entries
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting cycles across 15+ global business units
- Design and implement KPI dashboards to track portfolio performance against strategic goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment strategy
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years in financial analysis with 3+ years in investment banking or private equity
- CPA or CFA designation required
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
- Expertise in SEC reporting and IFRS compliance
- Proven track record in M&A due diligence and valuation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA from top-tier institution
