Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities
- Develop actionable insights from complex datasets using Python and SQL
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting portfolio performance
- Design and implement financial forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining own portfolio of high-impact projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or CFA charterholder required
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ valuation projects
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with alternative investments (private equity, hedge funds) preferred
