Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate financial exposure.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models and automated reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of UK banking regulations and compliance standards.
