Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to produce actionable insights for mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and risk management initiatives
- Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-stakes financial transactions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform client advisory strategies
- Mentor junior analysts while ensuring compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of investment banking or financial services experience
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros and experience with Bloomberg/Refinitiv terminals
- Strong analytical aptitude with ability to synthesize complex market data
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships
- Series 79/63 or FINRA licenses required
