Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives
- Develop comprehensive market research reports and investment theses for institutional clients
- Prepare detailed pitch books and financial presentations for executive leadership teams
- Conduct due diligence assessments and risk analysis for complex financial instruments
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop long-term financial strategies
- Monitor regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA) and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of investment banking or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, Comps)
- Strong understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail
