Responsibilities
Lead the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.Perform variance analysis and present findings to senior management.Assist in budget preparation and long-term strategic planning.Streamline financial reporting workflows and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA preferred.CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is a strong plus.5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis.Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
