Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation projects for $500M+ portfolios
- Develop actionable investment strategies through quantitative analysis and market research
- Design and implement risk mitigation frameworks for multi-currency operations
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Optimize capital allocation through scenario planning and stress testing
- Drive M&A due diligence and integration analysis for strategic acquisitions
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and international financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or CFA charterholder designation
- 5+ years in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Expertise in Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Python/R for data analysis
- Deep understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting principles
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional financial projects
- Strong presentation skills with ability to simplify complex data
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
