We're seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making for our portfolio companies. This hybrid role combines deep financial modeling with strategic advisory work, offering exposure to C-suite executives and high-growth opportunities in private equity and venture capital.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A) for portfolio companies and investment opportunities
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform investment theses
- Prepare board-level presentations and financial summaries for executive stakeholders
- Lead due diligence processes including financial statement analysis and valuation assessments
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling (VBA, macros, Power Query) and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS accounting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
