Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- CFA Charter or CPA certification highly desirable
