Responsibilities

- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for board meetings and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic financial initiatives
- Lead due diligence processes for private equity and venture capital deals
- Monitor regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA) and update financial policies
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Series 7/63/79/86/87 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, Dodd-Frank)
