Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
