Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling for M&A transactions, valuations, and capital restructuring initiatives
- Analyze market trends and financial performance to identify investment opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Optimize capital allocation strategies and debt/equity structures for portfolio companies
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through executive dashboards and board presentations
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with transaction experience
- Expertise in advanced financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to executive audiences
- CF charter holder or CPA designation highly desirable
