Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to identify investment opportunities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes for executive leadership
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate risk-return profiles and portfolio optimization strategies
- Present complex financial insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Drive process improvements in financial analysis workflows and reporting automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong SQL and Python/R capabilities for large-scale financial data analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- CFA charterholder or CPA certification highly desirable
