Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
- Analyze variance reports to identify operational inefficiencies and revenue growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to monitor department-specific KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations for the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Drive the automation of reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and speed.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and portfolio assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
