Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and capital allocation decisions through robust financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial results and business trends, providing actionable insights to inform strategic and operational planning.
- Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
