Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for executive leadership
- Develop strategic financial models to support M&A activities and capital allocation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and improve cash flow
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and implement advanced analytics solutions
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or investment banking
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of driving process improvements with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CFA or FRM designation highly valued
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry strongly preferred
