Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify performance trends and provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Prepare high-level board presentations and executive summaries regarding capital allocation.
- Execute ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new market opportunities and investment returns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interaction.
