Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and prepare monthly management reporting packages.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational efficiencies.
- Present clear, data-driven financial insights to the Executive Board.
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
