Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and capital allocation
- Develop forward-looking financial forecasts and scenario planning for 20+ portfolio companies
- Present executive-level financial insights to the Investment Committee using advanced visualization tools
- Drive process optimization in financial reporting systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing best practices in financial analysis methodologies
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance across international operations
Qualifications
- CPA or CFA certification with 5+ years in corporate finance or investment analysis
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with financial planning software (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
- Strong background in GAAP/IFRS compliance and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau) with presentation expertise
- Proven track record of translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a top-tier institution
