Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance variances and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
- Enhance financial reporting systems and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Manage key financial KPIs and dashboard reporting for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Proven experience in financial forecasting and variance analysis
