Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP standards and financial reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and SQL database querying
