Responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis to explain financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to support capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Streamline financial processes and implement automation tools to improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
