Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with 99% accuracy
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare strategic budgets and variance analysis
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through data-driven insights
- Present financial findings to executive stakeholders using advanced visualization techniques
- Streamline financial processes using automation and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros) and Power BI
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and manipulation
