Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Develop strategic financial forecasts and scenario planning models to support board-level decision-making
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in global finance
- Design and implement automated financial reporting systems using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining strict compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through dynamic data visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, Oracle Financials)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to senior leadership
- Series 63/65 or 86/87 licenses highly desirable
