Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project profitability and support capital investment decisions.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial targets with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role (minimum 4-6 years).
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
