Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and cost controls
- Lead budgeting and planning processes across multiple business units
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
