Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support high-level business decisions and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to project future performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the market and internal operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
