Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to identify growth opportunities and potential financial risks.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide detailed ROI recommendations to the investment committee.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for board meetings and senior stakeholders.
- Streamline financial reporting processes through automation and advanced analytical tools.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform the firm's overarching financial strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (CFA or MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of building complex, driver-based financial models from scratch.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, P&L management, and cash flow analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
