Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Analyze market trends and financial performance to inform investment decisions
- Prepare detailed valuation reports using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparables
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on financial strategy and operational improvements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor portfolio companies' financial health and risk exposure
- Lead due diligence processes for new investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities
- Series 79/82/CFA Charter holder a plus
