Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Design and implement KPI dashboards to track financial performance metrics
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation, and integration planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
