Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accurate budget forecasts, variance analysis, and cash flow projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth drivers.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
