Responsibilities

- Collaborate with portfolio managers to assess risk profiles and optimize asset allocation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis workflows
- Mentor junior analysts to foster team excellence and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to executive audiences
- FINRA Series 7/63 or willingness to obtain within 6 months
