Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions, IPOs, and restructuring projects
- Develop detailed cash flow forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments for institutional clients
- Collaborate with senior bankers to prepare client presentations and pitch materials with executive-level insights
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate financial risks
- Manage cross-functional teams in executing due diligence processes and transaction documentation
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining ownership of deliverables and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field; MBA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial services
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial statements and interpret market dynamics
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations, GAAP/IFRS standards, and capital markets
- Exceptional communication skills with proven success presenting to C-suite executives and boards
