Responsibilities

- Lead month-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Create executive-ready dashboards and KPI reporting for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations
- Exceptional quantitative modeling and data visualization skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification (CPA, CMA) strongly preferred
