Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and capital allocation.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to provide actionable insights on performance trends.
- Partner with senior leadership to support quarterly earnings reports and annual budgeting processes.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and perform rigorous due diligence on potential targets.
- Optimize financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the firm.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate market data into strategic business recommendations.
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators to proactively assess risks and opportunities for the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proven track record of managing multi-dimensional projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with SQL or ERP systems is highly desirable.
